Part 3 - Refunds / Refunds / Returning Goods
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you want to return something you bought online we will be happy to refund you provided the item is in a resalable condition. Full price returns should be made within 28 days of purchase, while sales items should be returned within 10 days of receipt. All purchases must be returned in their original condition and appropriately packaged.
If you return part or all of the order, we will not refund the shipping costs as this part of our service is complete for you. In the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, the shipping costs for a replacement to be shipped will not be charged.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, please note that we cannot exchange it by post. Alternatively, you can place a reorder for the new product and return the original product using our return process described below.
Return procedure - by post - Germany
- Provide details of your order, your name and address as shown on the shipping slip that you received with your order and enclose it with your package. Take the package to the post office. You will receive a receipt which should be kept pending the processing of the refund.
- Once we have received your returned items, the refund will be made to the card used for payment within 14 days.
Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot accept responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Return process - by post - outside of Germany
Provide details of your order, including your name and address, as shown on the shipping slip you received with your order, and include it in your package. Take the package to the post office. We recommend using a traceable, signed parcel service. You will receive a receipt which should be kept pending the processing of the refund.
- Once we have received your returned items, the refund will be made to the card used for payment within 14 days.
Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot accept responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Canceling an order
If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it from our distribution center, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already left our distribution center, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it at this stage. Instead, once your order has been placed, simply follow the return instructions provided and we will send you a refund when we have received your goods.
